Welcome to Your "2010" Personal Journey

"Spirituality & Empowerment & Freedom & Self Care"

As the New Year "2010" approaches, I think about women and all that we do for others and the affect that it has on our personal "Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Physical Healing." Our Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Physical Healing is often neglected at the expense of our own personal and professional transformation. As women, it is essential that we make ourselves a priority. Some people may say, how can that be? I say easily. If we take better care of ourselves we can then manifest ourselves as better and more complete mothers, professionals, volunteers, wives, mentors, neighbors, friends and role-models. So, how will you change your life in "2010"?

"My Thoughts To You"

  • What areas in your life do you want to change?

  • What steps do you need to take to create change in your life?

  • How do you imagine your life in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years or 25 years?

  • What in your past is holding you back?

  • Are you manifesting your life purposefully and intentionally?

  • List four goals (2) personal and (2) professional for the year "2010" and create an "Action Plan" that is beyond your wildest dreams. Create an "Action Plan" that is "God" centered and authored.

  • To stay on track with my four "2010" goals and wildest dreams. I will follow an "Action Plan" that is God centered.  I will have my friend, coach, minister, etc., ____________________________check on my progress every week/month/quarter/and hold me accountable.

  • This is my personal and professional "2010" pledge to myself so that I can realize and manifest my God given dreams and utilize my God given talents. Thereby realizing a wonderful life I fully deserve.

Spirituality:
 Thanks to all my well wishers and your prayers. God continues to open up my soul and manifest his self in many areas of my life. Some areas of his manifestation in my life are spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, empowerment, finances, friends and family.
